Certifinder, LLC ("Certifinder") maintains an online Privacy Policy for persons or businesses that provide their personal and business information to Certifinder when requesting business related content from Certifinder via the Certifinder web site. This online Privacy Policy discloses how Certifinder collects personal information on the web site located at www.certifinder.com (the “Site”), and some of the ways it uses that information.

Non-applicability of Privacy Policy for Commercial Use.

This online Privacy Policy applies to individuals using the public and generally available Certifinder Site and services provided through the Site. Certain practices described and rights provided herein may not apply to institutional or commercial users of Certifinder products and services.

Information Collection.

Personal Information. Certifinder collects certain personally identifiable information (i.e. name, job title, company name, email, and phone number) on our Site in response to your request for business related information.

Aggregate Information. In addition to personal information, the Site collects and aggregates information about its users and their use of the Site. Like most standard web site services, we use log files. Our web servers may collect general data pertaining to each Site visitor, including the IP address, the domain name, the web page, the length of time spent and the pages accessed while visiting the Site. This information is collected to, among other things, facilitate system administration, improve the content of this Site, customize and improve the user experience for Site visitors and customers and improve customer service generally.

Our web servers also seek (as many web sites do) to place a “cookie” (a small data file) on your computer’s hard drive which allows the server to determine your computer when it visits again. Children Under 13. The Site is not intended for use by children. Certifinder encourages parents and guardians to be familiar with the web sites that their children visit. The Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) regulates the means by which web site operators collect and use personal information from children under 13, pursuant to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (the “COPPA”). Certifinder does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. Information Use.

a. General. In general, Certifinder uses the information users provide for the purposes stated at the point of collection. Additionally, Certifinder uses the information that is collected on the Site to, among other things, better serve its customers, improve the content of the Site, and customize the experience on the Site. Certifinder may also use the information collected to notify Site visitors of changes to the Site and for any other legitimate and lawful business purpose of Certifinder. Certifinder may choose to share information with affiliated companies, subsidiaries and among different divisions of our business.

b. Privacy Commitment. Except as otherwise provided herein, Certifinder will not sell or disclose your personally identifiable information to non-affiliated third parties.

c. Information Sharing and Disclosure. Certifinder is permitted to share your personally identifiable information for the following limited circumstances:

Certifinder may use your personal information to contact you to send you notifications regarding the Site.

Certifinder may be required to disclose personal information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders, or in compliance with applicable laws. We may share information when we believe it is necessary to comply with the law, or to protect our interests, the Site or other users.

In the event that we sell our business or our assets, in whole or in part, we may transfer user information in conjunction with such sale.

Lastly, Certifinder may disclose a user’s e-mail address as part of a suppression file or do-not-e-mail list to make sure that a users unsubscribe requests are forwarded to the appropriate parties to insure removal of the user from databases in compliance with law, including without limitation, the Can-Spam Act of 2003.

d. Use and Disclosure of Aggregate Information. Certifinder may provide aggregate information regarding visitors of the Site to third parties for various purposes; provided, however, that such information will not include personally identifiable information.

Security of Information.

All data collected from the Certifinder web site is contained in a marketing database that is accessible only by Certifinder employees and is secured using the same physical and logical security standards that are used to protect all of the Certifinder intellectual property. No web site, however, can be considered totally safe from intrusion. Therefore, any information you post to or provide via the Site is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold Certifinder harmless from and against any loss, liability, damage, or harm that may arise as a result of your posting or providing any information to or via the Site.

Cookies.

A “cookie” is a small data file that can be placed on your hard drive when you visit certain web sites. Certifinder uses session ID cookies and persistent cookies. For the session ID cookie, once you close your browser, the cookie will terminate. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browser’s help file. We use cookies for information collection purposes including, without limitation, to estimate audience size, track visits, measure traffic patterns, monitor referring/exit pages, identify web browsers, identify types of computer used, record number of invalid entries, advertisement leads and additional information. Our use of cookies does not enable third parties to access any of your personally identifiable information.

Access/Correction of Your Information.

The Site may contain links to other web sites. Each of these linked web sites maintains its own independent privacy policies. Certifinder does not control and is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of those web sites. When you leave the Site and access the web sites of third parties, the privacy policies of the parties maintaining those web sites apply.

Disclaimer of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Certifinder be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, that result from the use of the information or materials posted to or collected as a result of the user’s accessing the Site, even if Certifinder has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Choice/Opt-Out

Users who no longer wish to receive our communications and mailings you can click on the opt-out mechanism provided in the e-mail communication or you may contact us via the
Privacy Form and requesting that your information be “opted out” of future communications.

Enforcement/Redress

If for some reason you believe that Certifinder has not adhered to this Online Privacy Policy, please notify us via the
